8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the contract if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Termination must be provided in writing. If the client terminates the contract, Hoover Homes Inc. reserves the right to retain any deposits or payments made to cover costs incurred up to the date of termination.

9. Liability

Hoover Homes Inc. is not liable for any damages resulting from delays, unforeseen circumstances, or factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount of the contract and does not include consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Washington, and the venue will be located in Pierce County.
